Refund Eligibility

• The refund will only be processed if the request is made within the 7-day window.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that refunds are not available for:

• Courses purchased during special promotions or at discounted rates.

• Any course material that has been downloaded or accessed in full.

• Refund requests made after the 7-day period.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
